Booking Conditions Accommodation


Contract:

  • The reservation is confirmed with a down payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival by bank card or in cash. There is the possibility of checking in online before arrival.
  • The client, at the time of making the pre-booking, undertakes to read these booking conditions, with payment of the contracted reservation being a sign of acceptance of them and the internal regulations.
  • If the reserved accommodation is not occupied on the day of arrival or at the latest the next day before 12 noon, the reservation will be automatically canceled, unless the campsite has not been notified in writing of said delay. The days not occupied must be paid according to the current rates. There will be no refund in case of delay on the day of arrival or the day of early departure.
  • In high season, all the facilities and services of Camping Aritzaleku are at your disposal, both those included in the price and those of supplementary payment. In low season, and according to the rates, both can be reduced in more limited hours or, even, be closed.
  • The Campsite reserves the right to cancel / modify in a period of 24 hours, from when the reservation was made.
  • At the time of check-in, it is necessary to present the ID or original passport of the holder and each companion (over 16 years) at Reception. It is the responsibility of the reservation holder to register all the people accompanying him or her.
  • Reservations are only binding on the campsite, if it has accepted them, which it is free to do or not to do, depending on availability, and in general, on all circumstances that may impair the execution of the reservation made. The campsite offers family stays, in the traditional sense, so the accommodations are specially designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right not to accept reservations that are contrary to this principle, or that attempt to distort it.
  • Groups of minors are not allowed without the presence of a father, mother or legal guardian throughout the stay.


Bail:

Upon arrival at the campsite, a deposit of 50 euros will be deposited at the RECEPTION to cover possible damages derived from the use of the Bungalows, Mobilhomes, Pods and multiple bedrooms. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if the accommodation is in the same condition as on arrival.


Occupation:

Maximum occupancy per accommodation: from 2 to 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation. For security and insurance reasons it is completely forbidden to exceed the number of occupants foreseen for the type of accommodation booked. An infant or child counts as a whole person.

Only people, who have registered at the time of arrival (even if they have different arrival days), are authorized to stay in the accommodation, without exceeding its maximum allowed capacity.

People registered after arrival will be understood as a visitor and will pay the current rate, even if there is capacity available in the accommodation.


Visits:

As a courtesy and for security reasons, visitors must first go through the reception to register, and will have to pay the following fees:

  • With use of the swimming pool complex: € 6 per adult / € 5 per child.

For data protection reasons, a member of the reservation must go to Reception together with their visitors.

*This modality is subject to occupancy.


Accommodation requests / preferences:

The accommodation number is assigned by the Reservations Department according to availability and internal organization. Therefore, you cannot book a specific accommodation number, or a specific area, or accommodation together. If you have any preference, you can communicate it in writing to the Reservations Department at the time of making your reservation, and your request will be taken into account. We cannot guarantee or confirm any request, but have no doubt that we will do our best to accommodate you.

Only on the day of your arrival, once the accommodation is clean, will you be informed of its location.

Upon arrival or during the stay, the campsite does not commit to the possibility of making changes to numbers and / or types of accommodation. In any case, it will be subject to availability and internal organization, in addition to being able to entail an additional cost.


Arrival time and departure time:

- Accommodations:

  • Entry from 3:00 p.m. (With reservations made on the same day of arrival, delivery of the accommodation before 5:00 p.m. is not guaranteed)
  • If you wish to arrive earlier and your accommodation is not available, you can use all our facilities while waiting. We inform you that cleanings will be done according to internal organization and not according to the order of arrival of the client.
  • Departure before 11:00 a.m. Afterwards, they can also stay enjoying our facilities and services, if they wish, until 6:00 p.m.


- Plots:

  • Entry from 12:00 p.m.
  • Departure before 12:00 p.m., if you wish to stay enjoying the facilities until 6:00 p.m., it can be done by paying a daily visit supplement (adults €6 and children €5). If the plot becomes available, you can use it.


Accommodation:

  •  Bed linen and towels are NOT included.
  •  One vehicle is allowed per accommodation included in the price, any supplementary vehicle must be registered and paid according to the current rate.
  • There are 2 pet friendly accommodations.


Modifications to the reservation:

Any modification of your reservation must be requested in writing and sent to info@aritzaleku.com. The Reservations Department must confirm the modification by email for the change to be effective. Modifications will not be accepted or processed over the phone. For security and data protection reasons, only modifications that come from the same email with which the reservation was made or with a copy of it will be accepted.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival (time indicated in the booking confirmation email - 100% refund of the advance payment).
  • From 7 to 14 days before the booked date, the amount of the deposit is kept for a next stay (to be used within 1 year maximum)
  • After this period, less than 7 days before the arrival date, the service fee will not be refunded.

 

What should we do if we want to cancel the reservation?

The cancellation of your reservation must be requested in writing by email to info@aritzaleku.com, with the subject “Cancellation + reservation number” and indicating the reasons. Under no circumstances will cancellations be accepted or processed by telephone. For security and data protection reasons, only cancellations that come from the same email with which the reservation was made will be accepted.

If you are entitled to a refund of part of the advance, it will be done as follows:

  • Advances paid by card through the reservation system with a maximum of 4 months old, for security reasons, the refund will take place on the same card with which the advance was paid.
  • Advances paid by card, the refund will take place by the same means providing the card details.
  • Advances paid by transfer, by card or through the reservation system that are more than 4 months old, the refund will take place by bank transfer, so it will be essential to provide us with the IBAN number of your account.
