Bookings: Send the booking form, duly filled in. We will inform you as soon as possible as to availability and give you an account number to pay the deposit : 20% of the total price. Your booking will then be confirmed by mail or telephone.
Important: On arriving at the campsite, you are asked to leave a deposit of 90 euros in RECEPTION to cover any possible damage caused to the modules or bungalows. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the bungalow is left in the same state that it was found in.
Arrival - Departure: In high season, arrivals take place after 3 p.m. and departures up to 11 am. At other times of the year, these times can be agreed on with Reception.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made IN WRITING (telephone calls are not accepted). In high season, the deposit will be returned in its entirety if the cancellation is made one month in advance or before. 50% of the deposit will be returned if the cancellation is made 15 to 30 days before the agreed arrival date. Those cancelling less than 15 days before the agreed arrival date lose all right to return of deposit. Once their booked stay at the campsite has begun, those that choose to leave the campsite prior to the agreed departure date do not have the right to a discount of any kind.
